Refund policy
R'Bert Kin has a no refund and no exchange policy. A merchandise credit is offered on all returns within 5-7 business days of company approval.
Your item doesn't fit? We understand that items may not go as you planned and you may need a smaller or larger size. In order to receive your merchandise credit, please return your item(s) to us immediately. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must contact us at ask@rbertkin.com. If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to R'Bert Kin. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Prior to shipping, R'BertKin.com diligently inspects each item before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned item will be inspected for signs of wear, pet hair, smell of smoke and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a merchandise credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with attached tags/hang tags and in its original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and not dry cleaned. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any merchandise marked "Sale" or Final Sale" cannot be returned. Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, gift card purchases, bodysuits, socks and masks.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that do not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of any fragrances and smoke.

Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive a merchandise credit within 5-7 business days via email.
